A new series of initiatives focused on the One Health approach has been launched through the initiative of Industry Disruptors Game Changers (IDGC), with the generous support of MSD, one of the world’s leading biopharmaceutical companies.
Despite limited awareness and coordination at the institutional level, IDGC is taking strategic steps to foster dialogue, raise public and professional awareness, and promote innovative, evidence-based policies.
Key Actions Include:
• Annual ONE HEALTH SUMMIT to gather experts, policymakers, and stakeholders.
• Roundtable Discussions & Collaborative Labs to build consensus and generate ideas.
• Scientific Research & Policy Papers to support the development of a National Action Plan for One Health.
The initiative addresses gaps such as antimicrobial resistance awareness and broader public health issues, aiming to create long-term systemic change and place One Health firmly on the national agenda.
